Reflections on our favorite pieces of earth on the day before Earth Day. Come prepared to sing (of course!) and participate in some storytelling.

We are brave, curious, and compassionate thinkers and doers. We are diverse in faith and spirituality, but aligned in our desire to make a difference for the good. We have a track record of standing on the side of love, justice, and peace. We have radical roots and a history as self-motivated spiritual people: we think for ourselves and recognize that life experience influences our beliefs more than anything.

We gather in community. We gather on Sundays for worship, for religious education, for fun and fellowship. We gather for special events and classes, to make music and create art and to be together in community. We gather to serve one another and the larger community, to join each other in our search for truth and meaning, and to celebrate together.

  • UUCY Auction Is Back!
    Plan to join us for the first UUCY auction since 2019! This year’s revival of a UUCY tradition will be held on Sunday, May 19th at Geet Indian Restaurant (1219 N 1st St) from noon to 3 p.m.
  • New Time for Knit Night
    Photo by Karly Santiago. Stitchcrafters plan to meet at UUCY from 3 to 5 p.m. on Tuesday afternoons starting next week, February 13. We now have a variety of crafts represented- embroidery, knitting, crocheting, sewing, quilting… come on down and join us!
  • New Time for Book Club
    3 p.m. – 5 p.m. In case you haven’t noticed, the days are getting shorter, we are changing our meeting time so we can discuss and still get home in the daylight! Beginning with our November 9 meeting, book club will start at 3 p.m. and last for the usual two hours. As always, everyone is welcome ...
