Steward’s Message on Pledging for Our Next Church Year

Thank you to all who have made their FY 25 pledge to the Unitarian Church.  Pledges continue to be accepted, and the funds raised through the pledge campaign process are absolutely critical to the financial health of the church.  No pledge is too small, so please consider making your financial contribution to the church in the coming weeks, or sooner. Every pledge brings us closer to meeting our budget goal. Every pledge is important.

There are several options for making a pledge. These include an online pledge form that can be filled out from the church website, the traditional paper pledge, pledge form payments through the Givelify App, bank transfers, and by cash or check. For those who are or will turn 70 1/2 in 2025, you can donate from your IRA account without incurring a tax liability.

Thank you,

Ellen Mills
2023-2024 Steward

In celebration of Bee City Los Alamos, we’ll have a special Native Plants Section!

Please bring plants you wish to give away, and take home any you can use. All unclaimed plants after the swap will be donated to the Master Gardeners’ Plant Sale on June 1st. We encourage growing some of one’s own food and creating bio-diversity, so try some new plants. Don’t have a plant to swap? No problem. Take some anyway. Cuttings in water and rhizomes/bulbs are also acceptable.

Participation is FREE. Text 505-920-6808 for more info.
