DUE Jan 5, 2022!

This is a volunteer position with a stipend of $200 for lead chaplains/right relations team lead, $100 stipend for chaplains and right relations team with disbursement upon receipt of final reports.   Discounted fee for registration. No other paid benefits.

Approximately 15 hours to span Feb.4-6th, 2022.
Chaplains may be hired for either onsite or remote chaplaincy. Right Relations teams will operate hybrid remote and onsite.

Basic Purpose: Support vibrant pastoral ministry at PWR Regional Assembly.

Qualifications:
-- Minimum requirements:
-- Member in good standing of a PWR congregation.
-- Comprehensive understanding of Unitarian Universalist principles and values
-- At least 25 years of age.
-- Chaplain trained (CPE, Chrysalis, Pastoral Care Team or other training)
-- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
-- Strong interpersonal skills and experience with volunteer recruitment, motivation, coaching and appreciation.
-- 2 years or more experience
-- Ability to deal with diverse personalities and model healthy leadership and relationship with authority.
-- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team, well organized and able to set priorities within realistic time limitations.
-- High school diploma or equivalent.

A background check is required to hold this position.
